TCAMEC ANNUAL REPORT FORM

At the end of each conference year, every church in each District of the A.M.E. Church provides a comprehensive report of their numerical, statistical, financial, and ministry activities. This report is presented to the Bishop and members of their Districts during their respective annual conferences.

The purpose of Tanner’s Annual Report form is to offer each Auxiliary, Board, Council, Commission, Committee, Ministry, or Organization the opportunity to share detailed information about the events and programs they held during the conference year, or to give an end of year review of the work accomplished. These submissions are compiled into Tanner’s Annual Pastoral Report, which is presented at the Desert Mountain Annual Conference in video format.

It is crucial to capture not only the numerical, statistical, and financial efforts of the church but also to highlight the various ministries and organizations' contributions to Kingdom building and service.
